Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable service fees unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy

Walking tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Washington Monument Tickets: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please verify your date and time before purchasing.

Tour Conduct

Guests are expected to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. Tours depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the experience for other guests.

Weather

Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather (thunderstorms, extreme cold, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

Liability

Attractions4Us LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours. Guests participate at their own risk. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the weather.
